Walk outside your front door and thier are excellent restaurants and shopping in abundance right on your doorstep. 10 minutes walking to the amazing Malgultta beach and also to the Trendy Harbour Area!
The loft is fully equipped and freshly renovated. With its comfy cozy upstairs area it's the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. Located very close to the Cervantes theater, the castle, picasso museum, beach and the trendy harbour area. Equipped with high speed internet, 2 flat screen smart tvs with cable and Netflix. Super comfy bedding and top quality linens and pillows to guarantee a good nights sleep. Fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs you have a breakfast table/ workstation. Washer/dryer, microwave, airconditioning and heating round off the apartment to make sure you have a perfect stay!
Guests have access to the entire space.

This is the best location to be in Malaga. located right in the middle of the historic center inside the pedestrian zone everything is easily accessible by walking. Including the cervantes theater and the castle. Shopping and an abundance of restaurants and bars and clubs are right at your doorstep. 10 minutes walking to the beach and also to the trendy harbour area where you can find upscale shopping, dining and the famous picasso museum. It doesnt get better then this!
Scooters are the best way to get around Malaga. You can rent them easily just download the app to your smartphone and go.
From the loft you can also easily walk everywhere.
Uber is also availible to take you on trips outside the historic center
If you need parking for your car just ask I can reccomend the good spots.

We have been informed by the buildings governing body that should the rules be violated. The local authorities will be called to ensure compliance. 1) No parties or similar events are allowed at the property. 2) No loud music is to be played anywhere on the property and at any time. 3) Quiet hours are from 22:00pm - 09:00am The quiet hours are strictly enforced by the building and noise will not be tolerated. No noise or music of any kind is allowed during the quiet hours. 4) No Smoking or Vaping in the listing 5) Please be respectful of the neighbors 6) Abide by all building rules that are present in the common areas 7) Keep the doors closed to access the community 8) Pets must always be on a leash, preventing them from relieving themselves inside the common areas. If this happens, they must be cleaned. 9) Smoking is not allowed in common areas 10) Do not throw cigarette butts within the community or over the balcony. 11) Hanging clothes is not allowed in visible areas of the community. A late check-out penalty of 85 Euros will be charged for any check-out after 10:30am. After which a further 20 Euros per hour after 11:00 am will be charged until the property has been vacated. Security cameras are present outside of the apartment as well as an alarm system. Lost, Stollen or Damaged Keys will attract the following costs: - Lost apartment door key (Lock and key replacement): 385 Euros - Lost common property building key: 95 Euros - Lost Elevator key: 60 Euros - Lost garage remote: 85 Euros All the rules set out are in accordance with the relevant booking platforms policy.
