Description
Nestled up on the mountainside between Kommetji and Noordhoek, the Luxurious Mountain Retreat is a great base to explore Cape Town. The retreat is eco-friendly and loadshedding free. Enjoy the rare luxury of a heated pool and endless views of the pristine Noordhoek beach and valley while relaxing on the patio. Close to many local restaurants and pubs. A short drive to both the Kommetji and Noordhoek beaches, Cape point Vinyards, and Cape Point, to name a few of the nearby attractions.
There are some stairs to the upstairs. Master bedroom is upstairs. Kids are welcome but their is a drop off from the patio to the garden of 1.5 meters with no railing. The Sleeping arrangements are as follows:
Master - 1 King sized bed with luxurious bamboo linen and En suite Bath.
Bedroom 2 - King sized bed with luxurious Egyptian cotton linen and En suite Bath
Bedroom 3 - Queen sized bed with luxurious Egyptian cotton linen /Bathroom across the hallway.
Office/ bedroom 4 - Futon turns into a double bed.
Upstairs TV Lounge - U Shaped couch containing 2 sections which are 1.2 m wide x 2 m length can be made up into 2 additional single beds
Kitchen is Fully stocked. For longer stays pool temperature can be adjusted to a requested temperature. Daily cleaning can be arranged at an additional charge of R350 per day if required just let me know. Pool and garden service included.
The Neighborhood is great. Lots of shops and eatery's in the area. Beaches are close by. Close to Fish Hoek, Simons town, Kommejtie and Boulders Beach and Cape Point. 35 mins to Camps Bay, 45 mins to the Waterfront and CBD. Steenburg, Westlake, and Clovelly Golf clubs are all about a 10 or 15 min drive from the house. Cape Point Vineyards and Steenburg Vineyards are both about a 10 min drive. Noordhook and Kommejtie beaches are 5 mins away. Local mall with pick and pay, virgin active gym and banks etc is 5 mins away.

Guests have use of the entire house, pool, etc. You will be renting the entire place. The garage is not included in the rental. However, there is secure parking in the driveway for 2 vehicles and plenty of off-street parking.
