The fully equipped spacious flat has all the amenities required to make it your home away from home. Fine linen and towels. Hi speed fibre internet, air conditioning, smart tv with Netflix and en suite washer/dryer make this the perfect place to call home. Enjoy a meal or a sundowner before heading out for the evening while enjoying the sweeping views of table mountain and lions head. Huge 18th floor rooftop deck allows for sweeping views of the city and mountain in all directions. Thiers also a Fully equipped rooftop bbq area to enjoy a sundowner or a meal al fresco. Guests enjoy free unlimited access to the sparkling pool in the building next door as well as the gym in that building. Great for a dip after a long day of exploring. One free secure parking stall is also included in the rental
Guests have access to all common areas of the building including the rooftop bbq area, sparkling rooftop pool , gym (we recommend Wembley Square virgin active) located a few blocks away, and 1 free parking stall in the building.
I am availible in person or via phone 24 hours a day to assist with any concerns or questions.
Situated in the heart of cape town city center. This neighbourhood can also be referred to as the "fringe" . The city center is small and easily walkable from the apartment including the restaurants and nightlife hubs of kloof, long and bree streets. Nearby shopping centers include garden center and the famous V and A waterfront complex. Central and close to all city attractions including: parliament, castle of good hope, table mountain, v & a water front, green market square, Woodstock market (old biscuit mill). Steps from the apartment are several great coffee shops including cape towns most famous "truth coffee". Many trendy and unique boutique shops and bookstores etc. Are located just outside your front door. Thiers also plenty of lively bars and clubs either within walking distance or a short uber ride away.
Free parking for one car is included. Alternatively guest are encouraged to use uber which serves the city center very well. Also the apartment is located next to the 103 mi city route at Roeland street bus stop.
