CDC Holdings is a real estate company based in Marbella, Spain that started in 2005. Starting with just one property, CDC Holdings has now expanded its horizons and used the totality of our real estate investment knowledge to accumulate double digit real estate holdings in multiple continents. Our intention is to provide unmatched guest experience and maximized investment return. We chose Marbella as our Headquarters for a platitude of reasons but amongst the highest is that Europe has a population of approx. 750 million all of which love to travel. Marbella has great fantastic weather year round, and is a hotspot for tourists worldwide.

We analyze markets all around the world and have found that Malaga will rent all year round and has very little red tape for investment. As of 2022, by the year close we finished with a 96% occupancy rating and an AVG. rating on Airbnb of 4.5 out of 5 stars. Our competitors are asking you to hand them over up to 20% commission for rental management services and we are seeking 5% less than that. We have done the research. We have a track record that has been proven over time and we are incentivized to make you money as we leave you room for extra profit. We design a plan that will scale into multiple properties under our clients ownership.

We constantly improve upon feedback and adapt our strategy in management and property purchases. We are aiming to accumulate 100 properties by 2025 under our management and own ownership and we look forward to acquiring even more than that.
